I'm feeling a bit sad ...[My SC's are getting wiped today... =( ]

Your anticipated SG status will be good until at least August 2012.

However, Your SC's will be "Wiped" 31 Aug this year and you recommence the qualification process for status post Aug 2012.

Get an additional 700 SC's before end of August (on top of those that qualify you for SG) and you will have WP until August 2012 and at least Gold until August. 2013. Get those after August and you will be at least SG until August. 2013.

Thank you for the clarification.

I looked up when my year ends, thought it was Aug, but better its Oct., however, I don't fly that much, so 700 SC's is a bit much, but I'm in the double status points offer, and I'll have a total of 790 soon (after a status run), need the balance of 610 before end of July to go WP, wonder where I could go from CNS? to get them.

oh the pain... at least you're doing premium cabin. I still get a kick out of premium cabin travel... for the first 8 hrs... sometimes...

Yeh must say J or F is the only way. Wouldnt do it in any other cabin, especially if I get off on the other end and have to work for 10 hours.

I am way over the kick with Qantas but still enjoy other airlines eg sing, emirates. For me Qantas is just a coughpy hotel room with a high price

If you are on double SC's you can grab red e-deal to BNE and back and do a NAN run. You will end up with 780SC's.

31 MAY 11 EXPIRED STATUS CREDITS 31MAY11 - - - 0 -160

The year I gave up on Qantas. :p Status still shows as WP, though SG is just another day or so off I'm sure. Waiting to accrue enough points for a J return to HKG or SIN, then am planning to burn what I have and look to (the hopefully revamped) Velocity for continued points earn.

how do you get so many points in 1 year? do you travel a lot for work, i am struggling to get to silver?

Jase - I'd say you've earned P1.5++.

Has definately felt like that with all the travel but nothing changes after PG at 2400 (normally after 4 or 5 months into my year). Looking forwward to see what P1 is all about but not expecting too much

1700 SCs down the coughter for me June 1st.... If they dilute LTG benefits I will seriously double back handed beatch slap QF with the the force of 10 RR A380 engines (hopefully one of those will have an uncontained failure).

855 SC went disappeared on 1 June. That was nearly half my lifetime SCs. I have plans for requal SG by the end of September, and a trip the US in May next year to have a tilt at WP for the first time.

In a months time my hard earned sc's are going to disappear... =( should be at 2585 by then

it's like knowing i'm going to be punched in the groin but there's nothing I can do about it.

2565 (should be 2585 but jetstar are stupid) gone... =(. I don't think I'll ever reach these lofty levels again... =(

2035 for me. Had PG still been at 2100 I would have "justified" another flight or two.

But, as one door closes, another one opens, as they say. I can see a lot less being wiped 1 September next year (maybe 1205!) as I strive to maintain double WP, thanks DJ for giving me options!! (and Bees Nees, and sweet chilli and sour cream bar crisps, and 4 upgrades, and anytime access (you know, for those times when DJ dont fly where I want to go, they will still reward me for my loyalty hehe), and my IHG PC Platinum, and my Europe Car status - have I missed anything!).

1510 got wiped over the weekend, very sad but the good thing is that I have already booked enough flights to re-qualify for WP next year... Let the flying begin!
