Nice wines I have drunk recently - Red or White

Hopefully caused by alcohol consumption ;)

Well, you are in Perth, right? I could let you know next time we have a spare seat at a tasting if you are interested? I know the next one is full already though (members of the group do get first dibs).

I wonder how many split seconds before JohnM accepts the invitation :D

clearly the best part of Xmas is those little 'gifts' that some suppliers ante up with:

Considering we spent close to 150K with them I would have thought a Grange would be more appropriate - still very much appreciated.

I quite enjoyed the 407; went in thinking I was going to purchase the 389 and came away with this one instead.

Sounds good to me, thanks!

At least they knew you well enough to buy red wine, and not white Cruiser :)

Oh, I'm a bit slow! At first I was impressed at the thought you had spent 150K with Penfolds..........(but I get it now!).

Poor 'ol Mrs B. is working tonight which gives me the opportunity to enjoy a nice Semillon Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect size for one. Lightly wooded, perfect with some cheese until we have duck for supper with a Pinot.

I'm looking forward to drinking some bargain Wolf Blass we might have ordered this morning thanks to a particular retailers stocktake sale ;)

What's happening with the Wolf?
My sister in BNE reported buying some Tawny at half price.
Maybe the Wolf needs some quick cash for Chrissy
Cases sold at bottle price, but corrected very quickly. Looks like we got lucky.

Definitely charging the correct rate now. :(
Yeah. I clicked through from the email as soon as it landed n the inbox. Was showing as $38 per case of six. Tried to order and it timed out, so the other half ordered. Then I got a tax invoice, so seems my order went through

Popped into Rockford yesterday to try the current release wines. Oh my gosh that 2012 Rifle Range Cabernet is stunning. What a fantastic wine and brilliant value for money.
