Qantas extends status extensions until end June 2023 (previously December 2022)

No sign of my partner's SC rollover either. End date was 31 Jan, the PC+ 100 SC appeared the next day, but still no sign of the rollover 500 SC....

Same happened to me but I'm not complaining, ended up getting double rollover.

(I'm not worried about posting this publicly because I have exceeded WP retention by well more than the 500 SCs I got from the rollover, so I didn't need it)

No rollover and no PC+ 100SCs for me either now that 24/2 is nearly over. Like others here, year ended 31/1. I retained gold by about November and hit PC+ around the same time.

Nothing for me as yet, I'm also waiting for my SIN-xBNE-CBR fights from last week to also credit.

That’s late! I see a call centre call in your future!

Yeap, hasn't put in a claim as yet because of the "we're having problems" alert.

Suspect it was because there was an SQ flight on the ticket, seemed to really confuse the SQ checkin agent so I think a degree of unlinking occurred.

I thought only 40% rolled over, therefore 80SC. However, @exceladdict has more experience than me, so I defer to him. Note that if SC rolled over from the previous year, they don’t roll over again. Unfortunately you will just have to keep phoning the QFF line. 🙁
Having read the SC roll-over announcement and this thread, I am still unsure of how many SC to expect, hoping AFF brainstrust can enlighten me please, so I can plan future travel.
I am gold till June 2024.
Have earned 145 SC from flying July- Feb so far (25 were DSC )
Thank you

I would anticipate those 145 SCs to rollover, as they were all earned in the current membership year. It’s anything which rolled over from the prior year that wouldn’t do so again.

Cheers,
Matt.

The DSC don’t roll over

Yeah I thought some had for me in the past too… maybe lucky; maybe mistaken
I earned 610 status credits last program year (Dec 1, 2021 - Nov 30, 2022) of which 10 of those status credits were from a DSC promotion. 250 status credits rolled over into this program year. If the DSC wasn't counted I would have only received 240 status credits since that is 40% of 600. So based on my data point DSC does seem to rollover.

I will also point out that QF doesn't rollover status credits earned when your status was earned through a status match. This is what happened to me the program year prior, where I reached QFF Gold by status matching against my United Premier Gold and flying a red e-deal between SYD and DRW (during a DSC) to earn the 100 SCs.

You are not meant to apply "40%" to your SC count. The 40% that the support page refers to is " up to a cap of at least 40% of the Status Credits required to retain your tier" and for gold, that means you can rollover up to 250 SC. (250 is slightly more than 40% of 600 ) hence the "at least". Qantas would have make it less confusing by not mentioning 40% at all imho, and just stick to the table they provided: P1 1800; WP 500; Gold 250, Silver 100 in their status-support page.

Going back to your 610SC year, even if you just had earned 250 "roll-able" SC, say by just flying worth of 250SC, those would have all rolled over. I think you earned too many SC to be able to be a data point in this discussion.

But I can confirm any points club SC earn from award flights do roll-over
