Qantas extends status extensions until end June 2023 (previously December 2022)

You are not meant to apply "40%" to your SC count. The 40% that the support page refers to is " up to a cap of at least 40% of the Status Credits required to retain your tier" and for gold, that means you can rollover up to 250 SC. (250 is slightly more than 40% of 600 ) hence the "at least". Qantas would have make it less confusing by not mentioning 40% at all imho, and just stick to the table they provided: P1 1800; WP 500; Gold 250, Silver 100 in their status-support page.

Going back to your 610SC year, even if you just had earned 250 "roll-able" SC, say by just flying worth of 250SC, those would have all rolled over. I think you earned too many SC to be able to be a data point in this discussion.

Yes, a confusing Qantas statement and a bit ambiguous @ChrisMars.
I would like to read it as 240/250 SC rollover for gold! But happy to get what I have flown.
Might call QFF and get their interpretation!

Same. I’m platinum, but only obtained platinum last year. Seems I only got the gold amount of 250, should I have got 500 instead?

My year ended 31/1 also. I have had the PC+100SC credited but not the 250SC rollover for SG. I gained 540 SC just by flying last year so should get the maximum 250. Hopefully they sort it out by Friday so i don't have to reach out.

I received my original rollover on time on 1/1 (295 SC's as WP with a 31/12 anniversary date), but later had to do a retroactive request for a JQ flight that didn't credit from November '22. The credit came through, but I'm now owed an additional 60 SC's in rollover , which I was told will come this week with the updates... nada.

Edit I lie, the 100SC appeared in my OH's account also for status support (she's Silver), but none for PC+ yet. She retained silver organically last year.

As I say, not bothered about hers, we don't need her status, but I'll get status credit anxiety if mine don't appear .

1/3 update - my PC+ rollover has appeared straight away
No status support, but I’ll give QF the benefit of the doubt, it’s only been 8.5 hours.

OH still has no PC+ rollover. Realistically, she’ll requalify for silver and won’t make gold, so it doesn’t matter. If my status support does turn up I’ll consider the matter closed

Edit - also now to switch Woolies back to QF from Xmas savings and shift all those points towards this year’s PC+ requalification. Nice head start on the year.

Same here ... and I looked at how many SCs will rollover for me. Geez, I hope DSCs roll over; not many of the actual flying type there!
