Back on topic though - it does seem ridiculous that something as simple as time of booking can be so clearly specified and yet their own systems stuff it up and force passengers to correct it (if they even notice).

I looked at Vietnam and Sri Lanka as well, but settled on Vietnam, a river cruise which we have never done before. Some good fares MH Hong Kong to Ho Chi Min city.

My QFF points and also the standard SC are showing up, after my flight that I took two days ago.

Yes I did also register correctly for the DSC offer, etc.

I've had mine post on different days of the week, but it has been a matter of days after flying. It's been pretty quick which is nice.

My SCs and points are usually credited within 24-48 hours (sometimes on the same day for early morning flights).

Double SC, now that's another story. If nothing after 8 weeks, then chase them up. Anything earlier is a bonus.

The DSCs have generally been posting pretty quick from what has been posted in this thread.

If they aren't posting within a few days to a week it probably means you booked near the edge of the qualifying period and the computer system QANTAS uses didn't correctly pick up that the booking qualified and you will have to chase them up after the time the T&Cs state the DSCs may take to post. You would need to chase this up for each flight. So if you have several flights spread over a long period this could mean a lot of calls, especially if you need the DSCs for some of the flights to get status ahead of an upcoming trip.

Quick question to those for whom who DSC have been posted . I did a flight today for which the booking was done in the promotion period, my 'normal' status credit have posted , is it normal for standard SC to be posted and then in future get amended or will there be a new line item in Detailed activity statement for DSC?
