So this is what 27 x $20 Changi Dollar Vouchers almost gets you for zip - iPad air - cost S$577 - Vouchers $D540 = Cost S$37 - gotta love that!



When I arrived at Changi Dollar counter at )5:30 this morn I was only person in line. The promo is continuing as before but up to March 31 they have stopped giving out the Alc / Cigs / Perfume vouchers - only giving out general vouchers that can be used almost every store. All vouchers are still punched with Mar 2015 holes meaning they do expire on Mar 31.

Staff told me new Changi Dollar Vouchers will given out from Apr 1 - they thought with Mar 2016 expiry but they have not been informed as yet - take from that what you may.

So I'm flying on Thursday Syd-sin-cdg and hubby flying on Saturday same route, hopefully the vouchers will have a longer expiry otherwise we will both just have to spend our $20 on our way over and pick up the new vouchers on our way home a month later. I'm sure I'll find something to spend it on

NO it is still 2 vouchers - but they are punched with exp date Mar 2015. Staff claimed they as yet they had not been briefed on new system post Apr 1. So YES vouchers you receive til end Mar 2015 if they punched with current use by date must be used.

Fabulous new Wine and Spirits duty free in SIN - 2 level store - it is situated smack back in middle T3 - just after clearing passport control look slightly to right - you will see this:



Go inside - go up escalators to a whole new world of marketing / retailing. Open to everyone they had free samples and canapés - get in quick before the hordes discover it. Some more pics:

Pricing ok - only thing I really looked at was 1ltr Baileys S27.20 - I really took no notice TBH.

Ah my fav Duty-Free just down from T3 BK! I have noticed the tasting tables were starting to become very prevalent in the DF stores over the months recently, about time they just opened up the gates and went full service like this. Can't wait to try!
