I'd love to share some annoyingly minor observations about the new SIN Private Room shower suites:
- The super technical Japanese-style toilet will open and close its lid seemingly at random, like an angry dustbin
- Drainage in the shower is a bit slower than one would like, despite a generous camber and especially given that it's a new plumbing system
- Theres a small drain to the side of the toilet, your shower drains out here, and does so audibly. It took a loooong while for my shower to drain down after finishing, and given that at this point in time TPR is only a few weeks old, this will get worse over time
- There seems to be no extractor, or heater that evaporates, the steam from the shower screen. Really unfortunate that someone has to clean up what could be zapped away by modest technology
- While exiting, the toilet lid opened and closed a few times without reason or warning, and I figured it was probably most likely haunted, so I let it be and ran away
- I emerged smelling like a thousand bucks, so on balance it was a good experience and I would recommend it
