It is 25 degrees at 07.45am on the way to 37. :evil:

Still I've been good and done my 5k walk before it gets too hot.

QF400 this morning, several pointless observations;

1 woman in the cabin section(rows 23 to 32)
1 person not wearing a suit in the cabin section(rows 23 to 32)
1 person received a welcome after take off from the CSM.
2 people stuck in row 24 who were expecting a window but didn't get it.
1 amazingly stunning flight attendant who clearly is of supermodel status
1 very satisfied passenger who devoured his breakfast (the pax next to me)
1 dry cleaner who will have a nice suit to clean in the coming days (the pax next to me who over devoured his breakfast)

Winter in TSV is more than 9 days in a row under 30…

1- this is March, over 30 is rare here.

2 - humidity is about -10%, not the frequent 2000% of TSV.

Lived in MEL many years ago and loved actually having weather!
2000%? Nah - that's icky places like CNS & DRW - TSV is usually a very pleasant 1000%…

Just realised my flight today was my last one booked on the DJ code.

11 days of over 30 and six of those over 35 and yesterday being 38 and today being 39 are too much. But not a record breaker for March. That happened in 2008 where we had 14 I think days over 35.

Between 3 and 17 march 2008 Adelaide had consecutive maximums above 35.

2009 26 jan to 3 feb had some sort of record for days above 40. The record minimum of 33.9 was also during that time.

Very pleased with the speed at which everything happened and nothing quite like a nice walk home in the snow at 1am! :shock: Stable now and monitoring overnight - will know in the morning the next steps, still some further hurdles to get over.
