Anyone know how I managed to bruise my eyelid by working too intently? Really sore and a bit purple...very strange

Only a couple of hours until we head off to MEL to catch our Etihad flight. I'm going to ask about the cost of upgrading from Business to First for the MEL-AUH leg. Because I have reward seats I wasn't eligible for the auction. Any guesses on the cost of upgrades?

Terribly sorry. Anyway the upgrades were $800 each, which I paid gladly. The one and only chance we will ever get to fly First Class, short of winning Lotto.

At least my cold has turned the corner and seems to be on the way out.

The comment from my doc (actually probably nurse due to the way uk treatment works) on Saturday was basically that my infected ear was the worst she has seen this year. Quite an achievement... (the other ear was starting to become infected)

Anyways the antibiotics are doing their job and the weeping has stopped. Generally starting tto feel better...
