I mean, most (all?) of the BNE/SYD flights are QF5xx, SYD/MEL are QF4xx and BNE/MEL flights are QF6xx - that completes the vital East coast triangle. But the rest seem rather random. I thought that ADL/??? flights were QF7xx, but I'm not too confident on that on. I'm not going to start with international flights.

PER-ADL has 590, 668, 592, 584 and 810
ADL-PER is more stable with 593, 587, 585, 595 and 599

Just keep talking it up
Can you maybe do the same about the AUD as well ? ;)

Depends if you have been to Singapore before, lots of good relaxing things to do here, not that 100% sure its a shoppers paradise, but then again now the RMB and HKD have increased in value Singapore is looking better than it was.

What are you shopping for ? ;)

I could say ladies... but given I will be with Mother & Father, that may not be an option ;-)

What is there in the way of relaxing things?

For first timers... I am am here i would do atleast this...

- Drink and watch sunset at New Asia bar at 74th story of Swisshotel Stamford
- Singapore sling at Raffles, maybe the Long bar, can throw your peanut shells on the floor, very American i think
- Chilli crab somewhere maybe, possibly east coast seafood centre
- Clarke quay at night, check out all the sights and stop along the way for a drink, try forbidden city and check out there fish tanks and terracotta men :)

Your parents may also like....
- Breakfast with the Gorillas
- Little India
- Santosa (take the glass bottomed cable car)
- Night Safari

You may also like...
- Santosa, maybe the bikini bar or cafe del mar and just chill out on the sofas drinking long island iced teas
- Zouk nightclub (Since MOS is shut currently)
- Alternative Night Safari (just funny to check out all the lady boys etc before heading to one of the only decent bars at OT, Ipanema, its safe there if you know what i mean)

If an am around, i would say take you to Chomp Chomp hawker centre at Serangoon gardens for some real local food. Love that sambal chili stingray :)

Of course walk all the length of Orchard road, maybe check our Suntec and if you like a little IT try Funan or Sim Lim.

Never done a boat ride myself would you believe but worth a look.

Could try some food at boat quay but you need to know to bargin hard on all prices, if you hate pushy food vendors forget it bit there is some nice food up there.
- If you like South East Asian art at the Asian Civilisations Museum at Empress Place

As it happens i may not be spending all that much time here in December since i have some company forced holidays so unsure where i will be going for now.

Oh, damn :-|

Well, I'm there Dec 11-14, so if you are around let me know.

I was thinking of taking the old man to Hooters

Actually a good chance i will not leave Singapore for atleast some of the time so could well be in luck. Just trying to decide now what to do... pondering if i should put my USA/Europe/Middle East off until Q2-2009.

Hooters is funny, its completely wrong in a place linke Singapore ! the girls are much prettier outside than inside, but hey believe it or not the food is rather ok, i guess thats why you see it busy.

Well, like the tree said to the woodsman, I'm stumped.
Yes but the tree would not have had high expectations after spending money on a product that should be stable and functioning properly.

By the way if this works it will be my first post and the reply screen only took around 15-30 minutes to load and only 7 minutes for the screen to load to edit the post....

Haha, excellent. Sounds like it could be interesting....

The rest of my AONE5 that i have is....
MEL-AKL-SYD-JFK-DFW-BOS-MIA-SFO-LHR-MCT-LHR-JNB

I currently have booked to be in NYC for new years since i thought that it would be a lot of fun to be in times square.

I am thinking i will purchase a AONE4 from the end of that while prices are still not to crazy, that way i can see South America in 2009/10 but i sorted of wanted to go with somebody rather than alone and to buy now may not be a good idea since my travel partner cant commit yet.

 That's one small step for man....one giant leap for Winblows....not!

I noted you turned off Norton's phishing filter; did you turn off the phishing filter built into IE? Just a suggestion.... clear all the cookies and try again.

I still find IE slower than FF for most browsing, and that's with the IE phishing filter turned off, but there's no reason why IE should not work.

I wonder if there's something in the AFF Javascript that's b0rking in IE once in a while. That's all I can speculate, which should almost be totally unreasonable if you have no trouble accessing FT.

Try changing your AFF editor options to use the plain text editor rather than the rich text one - see what that brings. If you're already using the plain text editor....
