I have no idea what you are talking about.

The only ":evil: it" I can think of is one not named after a defunct airline.... the word "Amex" comes to mind.

I'm an FT member but I too am confused.

Must be that hangover from last night that hasn't entirely dissipated despite having had 2 glasses of champagne at the VS CH in HKG.

AFF in mobile mode is great. Good visibility and set out on a mobile device, plus using it at work allows one to view AFF almost innocuously.

The smilies give the game away, but an appropriate browser setting or extension that blocks images easily takes care of that.
