The same can be said when try to login to anything for which you have created an online account. Are you seriously supposed to remember all 123 passwords you need in day to day life and the exact format required for each?
I believe you can get a master password program to deal with all online passwords.
Try TNT they like losing things; originally had 6 on the consignment only 5 turned up but the online paperwork was amended and only 5 were sent.
They are as bad as each other.
Another rant about Telstra; account is now sent via email; because oh it will save you time; yeah right, but I can't update the address on the bill because my place where the phone is doesn't exist. I guess the only good thing is it saves me the Telstra junk mail.
I get my personal credit card statement via email but the business one turns up after Westpac have already withdrawn the money, yes I do have access to the transactions but it doesn't feel the same.
I have had it with a few other companies; lets fire the mailing staff well we don't need them anyway.
Yeah I prefer paper bills to email's. With Telstra you can actually request a paper bill but of course it wont show who you called.
