I don't have any direct knowledge but the system looks to be a good screening method. But, having had a melanoma in the past, i would not fully trust pseudo-systems. If you have a doubt, go to a specialist dermatologist. It could save your life or possibly save you a lot of money from misdiagnosis.
It's ok. It's dermatologist 'owners' will tell you it's fantastic, but it misses amelanotic melanomas and has trouble with some SCCs. BCCs it's definitely accurate. Most good GPs ( especially rural ones) are as accurate. The study was published in the MJA or similar a few years ago
