Compared to West Coast, can't see Freo winning this Derby. But they do seem to play well in Derbys, so who knows.

Although I'm WCE through and through I have a feeling Freo will win, but we'll see. I'd love to be proved wrong!

yeah ... go freo ... may they have a 12 point lead after next round ... :D

Painkillers don't appear to do too much for nerve pain. Any of the docs on AFF recommend something stronger than 2 Panadeine Forte and 2 Nurofens taken together for severe tooth pain? Endone is a possibility but don't want to take that for 11 days until tooth comes out.

Regular paracetamol and Oxycodone (Endone) is a good option for short term severe pain. 11 days is relatively short term. You would want to take something to prevent opioid induced constipation along with it eg. Coloxyl and Senna.

If the pain is that severe though it may be wise to get it checked out in case you have an underlying infection needing treatment.

Random thought for a random day.

On Whingepool I checked my stats:Joined: Wednesday, 12 July 2000

I have a 3 digit user ID. Some people seem to have 6 digit user IDs. Looks like I got in early for that one ;)

Thanks heaps. Have seen dentist and she has done an OPB. I got the OK from her for 20 August as we had to organise GP and her together and not where I lost a whole day of work. This week has local public holiday and I have hospital appointment Friday morning.

Interesting that a course of Amoxyl followed by 3 days of Azithromycin and then 7 days of Metronidazole has not cleared the infection. The immune suppressants are doing their job.

If anyone thinks pro cycling is safe have a look at this crash in the Tour of Utah-

...

Some of the idiots in the support vehicles following the crash contributed to the additional carnage and otherwise increased the risks of further incidents.

Still, seems better than some parts of the Tour de France where you have random spectators who interrupt or injure riders, press teams who stick their noses or cameras too far infield, and other kinds of nominally unethical conduct.

Didn't ANY of those people get any training on what to do back up the road when there is a crash, by warning the others still coming, like maybe waving the arms at the oncoming. They are all idiots. The first guy was obviously seriously injured.
