Actual temp is surprisingly accurate. +/- 1c measured with independent thermometer (Bunnings )

Weiss bars need to be as hard as possible. They quickly melt from body temperature.

-17 is too hard to easily get out of the tub. -16 is just right.

Arrrgggg - this whole talking about anything frozen being stored at less than -18 is doing my OCD nature head in. If you want it (food) to remain frozen for storage, must remain -18 or below - otherwise you might as well just refrigerate it.
