Anyone out there like Royce chocolate?

I'd never heard of Royce until now. Apparently it's available in Australia in company stores in Adelaide and Chatswood. Wonder if they're a thread to Haigh's.

Having a drink with all my friends tonight.
All alone again? Much better that way.

I am shedding kgs fast. That's 4-5kgs in 12 days. Pants falling down. Had 1 beer Friday and 2 beers Saturday. Full steam ahead. Need to be prepared for October.

Nice, well, the weight loss in, the pants falling down - not so nice. Seeing the hidden calories in food now?

Wot's October all about?

Pants falling down is under control unlike most parts of my life.

October is just a random month to try and get under 110kg. Hope I can do it.

I was alone for about an hour.

Dinner had finished, and I had to wait for Jacqui to finish work, so it was easy to stay in the city and partake a beverage or two.

Arrrgggg - this whole talking about anything frozen being stored at less than -18 is doing my OCD nature head in. If you want it (food) to remain frozen for storage, must remain -18 or below - otherwise you might as well just refrigerate it.

Off to try to recover from all the stress........
Not meaning to prod your OCD-ness, but why is -18C so critical?

Just heard Frank Lowy say "Let me be frank."
Ok then, as long as you don't be martha.

He did do a bit of a double take...

Channel 9 and 60 minutes continue to dig themselves into a bigger hole.

Oh, I hope they suffer a lot of pain from their Lebanon expedition.

Its overdue for the media to realise they need to just report on issues and not consider they are an integral part of the issue. Quality journalism no longer exists.

Need some IT security help.

Hotels.com and Agoda are spamming me daily with emails asking if I have booked that hotel in Pattaya yet. Are they storing the search infirmation in cookies and then uploading that information to themselves?

One solution is to stop using cookies but then cannot access many websites including Qantas.

Other option is to unsubscribe from emails but then genuinely miss the discount codes and special deals.

Any other options easily understood in simple English.

Use Chrome as a browser and install the Chrome plugins for Ghostery, FlashBlockPlus and NoScriptSuite Light in an attempt to limit data collection. Also turn on DoNotTrack in Chrome preferences.
Then you can selectively whitelist specific sites in the three plugins for sites you want to allow such as Qantas etc.
Also selectively delete your history and stored cookies periodical.

How would Chrome go on very low spec laptop? Think only 3GB memory.

If you've searched for hotels for Pattaya on their sites, this is normal. You've told them you're interested, and now they will keep following up (It has a very good conversion rate apparently).

They won't be following up if I unsubscribe? ;)

I have to get smarter with my internet browser. I don't need to see ads for hotels on every website I visit.
