Surprisingly the Tim Tams at Cosco are more like the original thick style ones I remember from years ago than the thin slice ones in mainstream supermarkets.

I had lots of alcohol everyday I was overseas but I only realised this trip that I don't really eat a lot except for ice cream. To only put on ~2 kgs was a huge bonus.

I'm still surprised that some of my dinners in Belgium last year consisted of beer only.

Some weeks in Sydney I'll have one dinner that is 2 packets of 2 minute noodles. Usually the day I fly in, don't feel hungry as I just want to sleep.

Try dividing up a packet of tim tams equally ....

Very keen. Shows you are fit. I wouldn't be able to put in a full days work after a morning gym session.

...but in the future....who knows?

Another target? Aim for the sky and you'll at least hit the roof.

Now that you mention it. Whenever the family head off for a long distance holiday we take 5x bowl 2 minute noodles for dinner/lunch on arrival.

Two fold benefit - some extra space in the bags for the homeward journey and no hassle with plates.

I was peckish on Sunday night. Grabbed a packet of 2 minute noodles and saw 326 calories and put them back.

For me fetta cheese and tomato is a filling snack with almost a third of the calories.
