Just when we thought all the real estate drama was over, just had a random couple knock at the door. 8.30 on sunday evening! Asking a question about the side fence and whether it matches the Section 32. After trying to explain that the fence has been that way for 30 years and was exactly where it was meant to be (ie it matches the provided diagrams), I told them I wasnt the owner, that I just lived here, and they rapidly retreated. Very inappropriate, and I can only assume they are the buyer, but that doesnt excuse hassling us on a Sunday night.

Why didn't you tell them to bugger off at the start?

There's a cooling off. Doesn't give them a right to turn up on my doorstep though, the sale is nothing to do with me.

Everything needs to go through the agent anyway and they should not arrive without an appointment and the agent with them.

Because I was a bit stunned and took a few minutes to realise how crazy it was. That's when I pointed out I wasn't the owner and they left very quickly. Having people turn up in the dark asking if your fence touches the house is quite a bizarre one.

TBH the biggest driver of Cricket in the USA ATM, is guys from the sub continent.

I would say wherever you can find a "Patel" motel their will be Cricket lovers.

Here in Melbourne, I have seen guys from the sub continent playing Cricket in Winter.

Would love to see some statistics but I believe there has been an increase in suicide rates in younger males in the past 15-20 years?
