To cap it off no one would clear the door way of the tram for me to get off and given the state of my knee right now it was rather awkward and painful for me to have to clamber over everyone including a suitcase to alight from the tram.

Try not to think about it...it could make things worse.She was poorly before it happened, she was actually just about to head home early and then it happened. A few minutes earlier and might have been a different story, interesting to think about it.
