Any suggestions for small business Telcos? 3 landlines + 1300 number + ADSL only - mobiles kept separate? Have been with dodo for >10yrs and they have been fabulous but wheels have fallen off big time last couple months. iiNet and TPG telling me it can take up to 2mths to port 1300 number across! HTF could that be true?
We are domestic but 6 months ago I would have given a big wrap to iiNet but not now (We started with Netspace nearly 13 yrs ago). Had a couple of faults with our home phone & it has been a total pain to get them to reverse a incorrect callout that Telstra had imposed. I think things have changed a lot since TPG took over. Too much escalating/going sideways/doing nothing for 2.5 months & now still waiting for them to get the money from Telstra before they actually repay us.

We've had no issues with TPG and have had them for years. At work we've just gone VOIP. It should have been easy but think our IT consultant promised much and delivered little. His line 'plug this phone into any modem/wall outlet anywhere in the world and you will receive calls'. Our experience - for 4 weeks - phone not ringing and have had to divert to mobile.

My daughter has one of those on the wall .... she's keen on visiting some of the larger scratchy countries like Russia ;) Unfortunately, her next few scratch-off countries are going to be small i.e. Belize, Guatemala, Mexico :D

This product (or one like it) was on one of those deal-of-the-day websites (e.g. Groupon, MyDeal, etc.) quite frequently for a while.

Yeah they have them at the post office and I would love one. The problem is they're not big enough.

Something about six foot by four foot would look good though.

I was just thinking I haven't heard my neighborhood drummer since the Saturday police neighbour situation a few weeks ago and he's just started up again but not as loud.

How much homework per night (including weekends) should a high school student be doing (or, be set by their teachers)?

I've heard various answers ranging between 2 - 4 hours per night.

Although I was a fairly good student in high school, I don't think I can honestly say I spent an overall average of 3 hours per night of homework. Maybe 2 hours per night at best, and I'm talking about years 11 and 12 as well.

Went to DFO at Olympic Park today. Don't quite understand the hype.

Although in saying that did find a nice jacket to wear for plane travel for $60 at Rivers. Went to pay and there's a 50% discount on mens jackets so bought another. Wife also bought some boots at Rivers with 50% discount.

We'll visit Brisbane DFO next weekend out of curiosity.

I have feet size 9. They always look dreadful in Rivers shoes for some reason - like elephant feet. Just something about the style they make. SIL whose size is 7 always look good. Have often tried shoe styles I've seen on her and never buy them.

Thanks for that. I got one and they reckon there were only eight left.

Ha. I bought two just after Denali posted and they reckon there were only eight left

Clearly they've decided that 8 is the magic consumer 'buy' button.

We brought it in Singapore, it's 3 foot x 2 foot. Not a bad size for a kids room. Every time I walk pass a Flight Centre I say to myself .... must get one of those maps.

My husband enjoying the glorious Sydney weather and took his bike out for a ride.

I texted him to bring home a bag of plain flour from Coles so is that a bag of plain flour in your lycra or are your bits just sore/swollen from the bike seat?
