I will not allow him to run the type of business he thinks is ok to run. That includes beehives and chickens. Nothing wrong with a vegetable garden, tress on your side of the property, flowers etc.

You won't allow him beehives and chickens? But pleasing to hear that vegies are OK

How about flowers? Do they escape your bans? Wonder if he'd be interested in propagating Rafflesia arnoldi ? Only on their side of the fence, of course.;)

And then you have my dad, he was a big italian home gardener. Pretty much all of the back yard was grapes and veggies. He grew a big crop of marijuan_ once, he didnt have a clue what it was.

I don’t take the side of the unemployed either but how do you know he has beehives all around the city? Things can cost more to service than income earned and I’m thinking he can make some profit before Centrelink gets involved. I just think maybe your jumping a bit before you need to. If he/she was working how would you tackle it then?

I got a $100 Naked Wines gift card with my shoe purchase today... I don't drink wine.

Even stacked with the current Amex statement credit it's still not worth buying from them imo - but someone may be keen

I think most councils will agree that residents are entitled to live in their homes in peace.

Barking dogs, rules for that. Chickens and roosters, working on cars, drum kit ect, guidelines for that as well. I think its OK for a resident to contact their local council if they are unable to enjoy their yard because of a neighbours actions.

Which reminds me, I havent seen the neighbour and drummer boy have a Saturday night meltdown for a while, drummer boy may have given up.
I think he is shopping around for some bagpipes. :D

And I will complain until I get a satisfactory resolution. Is that ok?

Of course! March up to that Council counter and tell them sternly "I don't allow beehives and chickens. Do something about it! And I think he's a dole-bludging worker, spreading his bees all over the place. They even fly over the fence, you know! "

Wonder if the kitchen photos are from when it sold.

When we sold in May, the actual kitchen v advertised photo was... creative. The angle and cropping was selective.

We have fig trees and when in season...Nearly died when I saw them for sale at Coles for $1 each.

I used to have two feijoa trees; the retail price in the supermarket seemed to be responsible to a lot of locals coming into my yard and stealing them by the bag full.

The kids shovel horse poo into chaff bags and sell them via a street honesty box. $2 per bag. Cash only Apple Pay not accepted.

I would have been happy to sell the feijoas, I just didnt appreciate people trespassing and stealing them.
