Well after not having any rain all summer (apart from .2 mm) we just got pelted with hail !

Bloody mental. The nearby shopping centre was evacuated, as part of its roof over one of the main areas was ripped open.

Well I finally got power back, some 12 hours or so after it went out. Our 2 direct neighbours both had their garage + wine cellar flood, we were lucky in that ours ended up completely dry!
The office next door to mine lost their roof, too.
On Saturday, I finally got all frocked up and received my degrees!
It felt a little odd stepping on to the uni campus for one last time - uni now feels like a world away and I can't believe I've been working for 5 months already!
