That's scope for the FM to be fired
FM? Facilities Manager? Interestingly the Minister of Health was ex head of the ‘Shop Union’ who pretty much run the State currently. When asked the morning if people would be held responsible he said that no, that wouldn’t be helpful. I think he needs to shed his ‘protect at all costs’ and act like a Minister. No wonder there is no accountability in the Govt in this State.

The more I look into accommodation in country Victoria, the more a little piece of me dies....

Wonder if I can convince the hubby that a camper van is finally in our wheelhouse? But I will duct tape the toilet shut!

The most expensive hospital in the world, our RAH and one of the most expensive buildings in the world, on a busy Wednesday morning, tested the power supplies. Surgeries in mid stream. Result - Power outed in E block for 20 minutes. Two surgery theatres blacked out mid surgery. A software glitch. Seriously?

Ya think they might test when no surgeries were underway.
Adding to this. The surgeon whose surgery was disrupted is SA AMA head. :o

Apparently the spare keys to our house are in the hands of an unknown person after mum left her car unlocked and had stuff stolen. And despite my numerous requests not to keep the keys in the car....so I'm on edge now until we get the locks change.

And I thought I had problems with mango thieves.

Seems to be the week for it, one of my sales guys left his car unlocked and fuel cards, toll tag and service books stolen.

Our next door neighbours also had their cars rifled a few days before mum, so it seems there is a group going around the neighbourhood. Amazed so many people leave their cars unlocked!

Yes. Quite possibly enough to fire the entire Facilitiy Manegment Company.

New neighbours?

One of my other guys left his car unlocked last year - about 6 cars got done that night. Seems people in [fancy area] arent fussy about their stuff.

Not that I'm aware of. And mums car was parked in the next suburb where she lives so not local to our street.

Pretty sure both mine and my husbands car auto locks if the key is a few metres away from the car or after a set time and the key is not in the ignition. Something like that.

Which reminds me!

The other day we were watching an old car rally and seeing guys get out of the car and then the driver having to go to each door and lock it was funny. Remember the days? Like winding up the window.

My car (15 years old) will lock the ignition if key removed for a certain period of time. But I believe there was something that it wouldn't lock the doors due to the potential for locking someone in the car.

Oh and I still wind the windows up and down.

.... Can you imagine our self diagnoses? Shudder at the thought.

.... everybody transfers some day to day responsibilities in areas of their lives .
When my husband started coming with me for pedicures, he got razzed by some of his friends. He told them that hes outsourced toe nail cutting and gets a foot massage while hes at it. Hes mentioned a few times he wants to try a manicure now because he plays guitar and a couple of his nails are longer/needs shellac.

When we go to Bangkok I have a manicure and pedicure at the same time as mrsdrron.I enjoy it.

Husband phones to say hes at Mascot and do I want any Krispy Kremes for the office.

You need to start going to a local business :) First time was weird, these 10yrs girls with mum just kept staring at him but now he enjoys going but he does prefer going when its less busy.

we had a spate of robberies last winter, where people turned on the ignition, to get the car’s windows to defrost, went back into the house and came back to find the whole car stolen :)

 So apparently the answer to, if you own a couple of acres of vacant land in sydney and a tree branch falls down - will anyone know? Well the answer is Yes!

Just got a letter from council in the mail about it. The branch is not on public land, its not on neighbours land and its not as if the land is bulldozed or landscaped, its just land with trees and lots of grass and apparently they know about it. Weird....
