Would you sign the guestbook?
The last trip I had to PER, rocked up to chic beachside flat in Cottesloe and the guestbook had been signed by some distant work colleagues who are not at least on paper together. Is this the norm???

If I was seeing someone I didn’t want to be known to be seeing, I wouldn’t leave my signature with theirs, but we did sign a guestbook in Barcelona on our travels, as we were the 4th people in the apartment, so decided to leave some tips!

Maybe it was just their way of informing work colleagues of their relationship without making a big announcement? ;)

Perhaps they were there for work ;)

Reminds me of a story I heard about 15 or so years ago. Two colleagues were featured on the front page of the White Pages in one of those scenic shots of the town that featured on every front page. It's a pity they had partners, but were holding hands...

I had a nice day today.

The postie brought me 2 things - a letter saying I have a job interview and some dvd's a friend had sent me :D

Then my boss told me to drive to Canberra to get a piece of paper signed. One travel mug of coffe and a 2 hour and 15 minute drive later I was parked. Dropped the paperwork in, caught up with a friend for lunch then collected the signed paperwork. Faxed a copy to the bossman and headed home. No delays on the highway and was happy to see the idiot who had passed me on a double line was pulled over by the Police near Bateman's Bay.

Dinner was an English muffin with vegemite.

After a Sydney roadtrip yesterday and Canberra today I wonder what tomorrow will bring.....

Just gave a recruiter the go ahead to put me forward for a teaching job that is not in Brisbane. If I get that gig I should have no trouble retaining silver or hitting Gold, based purely on the monthly flights to civilisation for my own sanity.

The youngest Princess in the Shrek household got married today in Kindergarten. Ring and all. On closer inspection it did not seem to have been purchased at Diva, had 18k hallmarks and a diamond. Several phone calls later and we still have the contraband in our house! What should I do? Neither the new spouse or the ringbearer's mum know anything about it.

Lol. I can't answer that! I got 'engaged' and 'married' when I was very young, and I gave her a curtain ring for the 'engagement', and can't recall what I gave (if anything) when we got 'married'. She was happy, until our 'divorce' soon after.

Does show how expectations have changed over the years ;)

Just got confirmation my Visa has been approved, and I should have my passport back in my hot little hands early next week! :p:D

Someone has to try and balance up the numbers since I've now returned to Oz!

Ooooh. I just was checking my points total to see about some Christmas flights and there's something strange about my QFF page.

It appears to have taken on a strange sheen in a different metallic colour.... :D
