Well it's Collingwood by six points at 1/4 time.
Saints are fighting back though.
..... and it's a draw :!:
Let's do it all again next week.

Seriously!? Ah.....
Bet the corks are popping in QF/DJ load control and various Melbourne Hotels!
The Collingwood Captain agrees with you. An interesting dummy spit IMHO.That is an outrageous rule for a draw![]()

It only applies for the GF. I believe other finals will go into extra time.

So several matches could result in a draw and it could potentially run on forever and ever, weekend after weekend?![]()

In theory, yes.
No, it cant. The GF is the only one subject to a replay. Quite rightly in my opinion, a point of difference to the Aussie game where a GF draw results in a rematch.
I was there but came down with the flu and was too sick to go to the replay. :evil:The last grand final draw in the VFL/AFL was in 1977. In the same year there was also a draw in the Sydney rugby. Wonder if there could be a repeat this year as well?
Also, 1977 was the first year that the VFL grand final was televised live.
Now that would be spooky.
