That is fantastic. Keep it up.

I have plateaued at 14-15 kgs loss since September 2010. Need to try something different as I am hoping to lose at least another 7 kilos as soon as possible.

Well done guys! I'm down about 10kg (not that I was really that big to start off with), but I certainly look a lot healthier now than I did 9 months ago.

Question one on the form to transfer my rego to Qld.

What type of Queensland plate do you require?

The Smart State

The Sunshine State

I am choosing The Sunshine State.

I am down 10kg since Christmas and hoping to be down another 8 or so by the end of the GCC. Under 70kg is my target. Combination of watching what I eat (both quantity and content) and exercise (mostly walking with a little jogging).

Well I thought to kick it off nicely today I would walk from home to my first client's office (Mayfair) ; did it in just over 50 minutes

I don't believe either plate applies to Queensland. The 'sunshine state' is a myth.

Any chance of stopping these silly messages appearing with the posts?

they do actually serve a purpose from a mod perspective when we see three posts in short succession, it indicates to us that the person is not post padding but is using a device where multi quote is not available.

They can be turned off in app settings, as I have done on my iPhone.

I also dislike them.

While it is a little harder, I usually copy and paste my replies into a single post to eliminate that issue, but can understand why that would be a little too far to go for some :p
