There's a big label on the bottle saying no alcohol. Not fussed really, I don't actually feel like drinking anyway.

i love it when the pharmacist sells aspirin with a warning label about not operating machinery as the product may cause drowsiness..really

Went to the doctors this morning for stronger pain relief...just waiting for it to kick in.

I loved your air conditioning method in Switzerland. In a couple of months it will be colder outside so I have doubts about an open window but I work really well when it is cold.

They never do. ;)

It's interesting how the pain is worse a couple of days later. Guess all the hospital juice has run down.

It'll get better.

Someone has mentioned dry socket, but I have no idea. Its not like I can look at it properly. Its the side that hurt immediately when I woke up from the surgery, so maybe that tooth was harder to get out...

Note to self.

Don't overdo the sightseeing when travelling with fiancee. She is suffering from motion sickness.

Our local dairy was in the last week critiscised because it would not pay for halal certification.Roundly critiscised by the Courier Mail.however milk is halal. It shouldn't need a certificate.Medhead is right. The problem is not halal but the scam of certification.

Well the contract was for 50 grand but the certificate is for a grand. Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad if the certification was free.

The heart foundation tick is another such "paid for" thing.

Fleurieu milk is what we buy. The social media campaign was ridiculous. I hope those who forced this decision are in fact customers and not people who just want to complain.

Weather here is down to single digit ranges (max/min); some forecast ahead shows a creep back up to maximums of 10-12 degrees C, but still with precipitation on the horizon anyway. That plus wind ensures that it is far colder and it cuts harder than it would have you to believe.

'tis ridiculously cold here. I have an under shirt, shirt, pullover and jacket on, plus scarf. Having just recovered from a bout of flu, I am not taking much chances. That said, I still need to keep the window to my office open to let fresh air in.

My flat mates tell me that this kind of weather isn't even close to winter typical. Oh dear God.....

Toughen up, princess

Central heating can make buildings pretty darn warm .... and open window over window is almost a necessity!

Next month we are flying domestically in Myanmar. Has anybody heard of or flown Asian Wings Airways or the delightfully named Air Kanbawza ?
