Will be glorious weather to do all that. Summer hasn’t hit yet! Take lots of photos for your album. We still like looking at ours. There’s temptation to get it all done at once but it’s constantly evolving.If only it was that simple
Electricians are here changing over all our power points and switches.
Soil delivery and IKEA delivery due in a few hours. Got two evenings to make finish spreading and levelling the back.
All hands on deck Saturday to get 130sqm of turf rolled out. Eventually the fruit trees will be planted. Then at some point we tackle the front and sides .
The rain overnight was a bit unfortunate. But will be dry Saturday for turfing then wet Sunday to bed it all in.
But that’s better than a hot northerly wind taking all the soil away. It’s going to be 30 here tomorrow but cooler Saturday.
Except when it gets too wet to walk on, which means you can't finish the prep work. Time is getting tight.
