For those looking to buy the Paxton Jones Block Shiraz 2012 at $34 from VinoMofo today https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/paxton-jones-block-shiraz-2012-47ccba04, it is cheaper here: 2012 Paxton Jones Block Shiraz, McLaren Vale - myCellars.com.au
But get in quickly at that price, they may "get a phone call" causing a price increase.
Possibly III Associates Squid Ink is in the BoomBox.
So $90 for the remaining 11 bottles.

I agree - I think it's the Squid Ink. It matches up on Wine Companion. Putting it in the Boombox puts me off buying it in the 6 pack at $60 a bottle. I reckon they got it for a steal or the other wines are pretty average. Am I being too cynical?
Gutted. As some of you know, I have a bit of a soft spot for the Paxton JB 2012. So I immediately jumped on the MyCellar website saw 22 bottles left, and proceeded to buy 12. By the time I got to checkout all had sold out.
Great website with some great deals. Need to work out how to use it though, as it is frustrating me a bit (no doubt because the Fo website is so easy to navigate and buy, buy, buy!!).
I see the Paxton has also sold out on the Fo.
Luckily I am on holiday enjoying those happy hour coughtails as a consolation!
Thoughts on the Tomich Bee?
I'd say the new 2013 Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay is Red Hill Estate P&Q.

Nil desperandum.......the boombox will do nicely as a swap...........It's an absolute disgrace that someone can suggest that this is a forty dollar pinot. It upsets me a lot that I have tried both their Woodside range and the i-777 and they are both superior. Yet the labelling on today's one says 'the very best'. What a fiasco. It has some fruit, it has some mild acidity, but it lacks depth, it lacks character, it just gets over the line in terms of body and the finish does nothing to draw in another glass. Incredibly disappointed and it will be going back. It tastes like a thirteen bucker, which would not be too far away as someone previously mentioned about their ten bucker. Sure it's a tricky grape to grow, but the marketing department needs a good discussion about where this Reserve pinot should really stand in their catalogue of wines.

+1
Even given hint "The Mornington Peninsula is one of those places you dream of retiring - once you've made a cool $10m to get you into the Red Hill club."
Can't find anything on the internet about the 2013, only the 2012, which has a lower price ($60). Anything I'm missing?
Yeah, I posted about this on the 14th (post #5103) - OzB has been all over it. Can be stacked with referral too, so it's really $125 off $180. Very good deal for Vinomofo virgins!
or set up a new account, all you need is a fake name, different phone number and different payment option.
you gotta love VM marketing ...just got an email for the big boom Friday sale...click on to the site and ALL the 50+ wines advertised are "Sorry all Gone" lol
Hmm...unless you had a bunch of cards under fake names, I'm not sure this is scalable
Yes, I agree! It is a joke! 50+ wines promised - clicked on it and a lot were "Sorry, all Gone". What? Joke, all
right!
