It's a bit late for these people to give up on the process as they already have their cards!I gave up half way through the application process for the Credit Card. Virgin Money makes Telstra look like Customer Service Champions.
Call Centre agent in the Phillipines told me a question I had about my application was too complicated and I would need to talk to someone at Head Office in Sydney. I asked for the phone number and they told me 'Sorry you cannot phone them, you can only email them'.
Gave up.. seriously... :evil:
They are stuck onboard for a little while at least.
