What would be better if this info was visible to the driver before they accept the potential trip.
File a complant for a refund. We only use Comfort/SUV when going to the airport as we normally have 2 large luggage. Last time I called Comfort and got Camry as usual but half of the boot was full of driver's stuff and could fit just one. The driver told us to put the other one inside the car. About an hour later after arrival, I got an email saying I was charged $20 cleaning fee. Looks like SUV only from now.

I contacted Uber and was told I had to pay and no refund to be fair to the driver. It was annoying as I tipped him as well ha

Difference in vehicle and actual wait time to pickup?Pretty self explanatory I would think
Nope just Uber consistently and significantly higher for most fares - I never use those parasites unless it saves me money over DiDi which is rareDifference in vehicle and actual wait time to pickup?
Well, you will use Uber ....I contacted Uber and was told I had to pay and no refund to be fair to the driver. It was annoying as I tipped him as well ha
I've had that happen too.2 DiDi drivers cancel on me today
Well, you will use Uber ....
No sympathy !!
Signed : DiDi driver
It's NOT the drivers cancelling !!I've had that happen too.
DiDi is cheaper but their drivers seem to cancel more frequently. IME the cancellation can be after expecting them to arrive in eg 12 mins and then actually waiting that long ...
And the X mins away when initially booking has often been a joke.
Still, it works most of the time with DiDi.
Actual Uber drivers tell me, and who knows if it's correct, that if an Uber driver cancelled the way DiDi drivers do, they'd be penalised or booted from Uber.
