When you use this this credit card at the checkout you will get the whole 120 points.
It is the Everyday Rewards shopping card that they ask for first that you get 90 points on a $120 spend (this one gets your fuel voucher etc).
So if you spent $120 on groceries at Woolworths and paid with your Everyday Rewards credit card, you would get 90 points on your Everyday Rewards shopping card and then 120 points on your credit card. So a total gain of 210 points.
