Don't forget us looking for our Secure Carpark (base) points either ...Also still down for me.
As I said in the Survey they conducted - I don't take Aquire seriously because Qantas don't. I was referring to the fact that it seems there is no one here who have their points from Regus lounges and Qantas provide no way of getting that feedback. It seems they wish to re-affirm my responses by leaving their website broken for days - how reassuring.
If they don't put some serious time, money and effort into better reporting systems between partners and QFF, I have to wholeheartedly agree.I'm assuming once people have to start paying for it it will quietly die and disappear.
Don't see why - we will have around 150,000 points (all from flying) so seems a fair return for $179 (or whatever it is). We will definitely pay the membership next year, but after that possibly not as don't want to be locked into any one program ( have Etihad and Singapore Air on my to do list).I'm assuming once people have to start paying for it it will quietly die and disappear.
I think Mr_Orange and I will be very interested in your outcome, scibo10. I know I am 10 days behind you.
I'm going to have to chase up again as I have two more lots of Secure Parking base points that should have posted by now but haven't.
At least I have my 10,000 bonus points from the earlier transaction.
I got my 10,000 bonus points....still waiting for the Staples points which qualified me for the 10,000...go figure!

Just got some spam from Staples, which is a shame for them, as I unsubscribed from all their e-mails last October, and got a screen shot of the confirmation and haven't done anything with them since).
No more business for them from me! Currently on hold while the reception-person (who is very nice and helpful!) finds some-one responsible for sending out their spam.
Ah, no-one there can find a phone number for 'marketing'. They are happy to spam people but don't want anyone to get hold of them.
Your time would perhaps be better spent lodging a complaint with ACMA!
