Unfortunately I'm caught up in the 'thousands' of people for whom the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) hasn't received the data about my vaccination:
Some say they are waiting for one or both of their vaccine doses administered at NSW Health vaccination hubs to appear on the Australian Immunisation Register.

That means I can't submit anything to Qantas even if I wanted to!
As to the "data issues" and "incorrect Medicare number" mentioned in the article, I doubt it. My first jab showed up almost immediately. The second jab was on the same booking reference number (so same set of data I'd entered) but unfortunately something has gone wrong and the data never made it to the AIR.
