Only 1 little s*** of a neighbour that has not grown up yet and feels the need to speed and hoon down the dirt road. I have been known to stay walking right in the middle of the road - just to make him slow right down - until I "oh - there is a car!! " moment.
Our properties are surrounded on 3 sides by national park, and the wild dogs are getting a bit out of control. I don't intend to bait, just wanted to know the ins/outs of it, and what to expect if a domestic animal eats the bait.
About 30 neighbours attended, so it was a good roll-out.

1080 is really horrible stuff and an horrendous and painful way for any animal to die. It is also very non-specific and has an uncontrolled accumulative effect up and down the food chain.
Trapping / shooting is much more humane.
My 2 cents...

Wow - every cloud has a silver lining.

Travelling AA "first" on a 763 and there are two empty seats in the cabin ... and we have pushed back.

THAT IS RARE!

All four upgrade requests have been acommodated as well as about a dozen standbys.

Even better, one of them is beside me

Sweet!

Oh, the cloud? It was to be on a newly refurbished 763 with 1x2x1 seating and all direct aisle access, lay flat seats etc. - subbed yesterday evening to 2x2x2 "NGBC".

Gas ovens are very superseded these days, IMHO. A modern electric oven regulates to 1.5 C so is much better than a gas one. Gaggenau side opening ovens are excellent and you don't have to reach over the door to get to the door to get to the oven.

I like gas cooktops , wok burners, plus ceramic electric for backup if you've run out of gas. I like the induction ones as well but too late for our kitchen.
we put in an induction cook top when we built our current house. Just love it - all the control you get with gas, without the mess.

Expedition cruising in the South Atlantic. No jacket but I still brought a bow tie and have worn it for the Captain's dinner. At least 1 other guest wore one as well.

Clearly us RAdelaideans have a proppa English edification ;)

No wonder they speak funny.
Pyne , Downer.

our current house. Just love it - all the control you get with gas, without the mess.

Inductions are the bees knees. Took the opportunity to also recycle all the old pots and pans and got some nice Le Crueset .
So easy to clean
Ours required 3 phase power.
The only proper wok burners are those commercial ones with 4 burner rings that sound like a jet engine and a running water tap over the stainless steel stovetop to keep it cool. Domestic wok burners are just weak.

Went to the Grand Ole Opry last night, surprised by how much I enjoyed it and the artist I enjoyed most wasn't the headliners but the old school female singer and some guy I have no clue who he was. Oh, and one of the cast from the TV show Nashville.

I dropped the spaghett carbonara last night. Went back and bought another. Aroy mak mak. Beats Thai food....

Annoyingly Adelaide QP does not open until 5am. Quite a queue waiting to get in.

Anyone else see a trip hazard .....

Well (obviously intended pun) yes!

However, only if you can not exit to the left and right respectively. So a 2 x 2 x2 set-up would be OK. A 3 could be painful as the top of the armrests look quite solid (hopefully not but they are shining).
