Im still waiting for books restaurant to come through, dined in the 16th nov and still nothing showing in my account. Saks fifth and eastbay haven't processed or shown up as well.

Some of my points have posted and some haven't.

For those who have rung/emailed, what is the best number/email address? The website directs you to the general VFF number but the staff there dont even know what the Global eStore is.

Bump - they've asked me to send proof of purchase through - does anyone know what the email address is to send it to?

I'd be contacting Shop & Earn (Velocity) now to get the ball rolling!

I contacted them via "contact us" which sent a message to the gold contact centre. They replied asking me for proof and a receipt. It's now sorted, awaiting for the points to credit.

well my $3 iTunes purchase was credited last night.. had totally forgotten about that one! so it does work when you purchase via the website (which then directs you to itunes app)

I've found iTunes to post within a week, much better than the others.

I've got about 8000 points waiting from TheIconic. But I have had some come approved finally from other merchants.

Worth the effort?!

I've also found some retailers very quick and others very slow. Styletread was about 3 weeks while TheIconic Im still waiting for over 2 months later.

Not sure, but it's no difference once you hit the link to purchase, just need to remember to do it!

I recently made two purchases through iTunes one using the iTunes app on the computer (linked from the website) and one through the website (cancelling the link, as another person suggested), the ones from the website worked however the ones from the app didn't. Sent an email to velocity and successfully got the points added to my account. So a heads up for iTunes, if the dont post after the 2 weeks they say, email them and they will credit them manually.

I notice that Appliances Online is now only 1 point per $1

I'm still waiting on 5 Apple Store transactions from last year to approve dating back to September 22, not to mention another 3 from this year.

I just got some eBay points. One problem I've noticed though, you need to go through the site again for each product. I bought the latest Thick of It DVD, which credited. However, the cheap computer bit I bought after paypal dumped me back on the eBay site didn't. I think it may have ended the session after the first payment.

You'd better follow up. My appliances online order went pending within 24 hours, and paid out points in about 60 days.

This whole process is very poor though. I am owed nearly 10000 points from a few different things. Velocity keep emailing me saying they're following up but it's all very slow.
