For those who have rung/emailed, what is the best number/email address? The website directs you to the general VFF number but the staff there dont even know what the Global eStore is.
Bump - they've asked me to send proof of purchase through - does anyone know what the email address is to send it to?
I'd be contacting Shop & Earn (Velocity) now to get the ball rolling!

well my $3 iTunes purchase was credited last night.. had totally forgotten about that one! so it does work when you purchase via the website (which then directs you to itunes app)

I've also found some retailers very quick and others very slow. Styletread was about 3 weeks while TheIconic Im still waiting for over 2 months later.
I purchased items from Appliances online mid-Jan and they haven't even shown as pending yet
