Did everyone else get platinum for platinum?
I got gold for my platinum, so oneworld sapphire only.

Wondering whether I just leave it as it is and be thankful considering there might not be any flying in the next 12 months or ask them about it...

I'd definitely ask. If you get Platinum there might be a soft landing to Gold the next year

I'd certainly be contacting them to see what happened. As others have mentioned with any luck you drop to gold after June and you also get enough Qcredits through the match to upgrade a one way economy to Europe to business. Even if you don't intend on flying before June, or can't given the current circumstances, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to book for a later date and possibly upgrade that flight for free.

It's wrong about access to the BA Concord Room. You would have access to Galleries First but you need to be travelling in First or have a Concord card (5000 Tier points) for that

I messaged them in reply in the contact centre on the site so fingers crossed. Tried emailing the status match email but it appears they've they're not accessing that email address anymore

They’ve said no, they matched gold based on my documents based in the original request, ugh. Whatever, I’ll probably never fly with them anyway, and won’t go out of my way to now.
